By downloading or playing Ludo Circus, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

The game

Ludo Circus is a board game for entertainment. You can play against computer players or pass one device between friends.

No real money

Ludo Circus does not involve real money, betting or prizes. Nothing in the game has any cash value.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-commercial licence to install and play Ludo Circus. This licence cannot be transferred.

You agree not to:

• Copy, sell or redistribute the game or its artwork, sounds or code
• Reverse engineer the game, except where the law allows it
• Use the game in any unlawful way

Ownership

The Ludo Circus name, artwork, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. Ludo itself is a traditional board game, and these terms do not claim ownership of its basic rules.

Your progress

Your progress is saved only on your device. It can be lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data or change device, and we cannot recover it.

Availability

We may update, change or stop offering the game at any time.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will always work or be free of errors.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to play means you accept the new terms.
